We woke to an overcast day with light winds and little chance of rain. We left Port Sanilac promptly at 7 am and once again headed north with light NE winds and waves less than 2 ft. The 8 hour trip just flew by as we took turns at the helm, napping, reading and blogging! We rounded the "Tip of the Thumb" and pulled into Port Austin at 2:45 pm. Slow day in the harbor - we are 2 of 10 boats total in the marina. A pleasant kind of sleepy little place.
